DATA PROTECTION AGREEMENT
WELCOME TO MY PRIVACY POLICY.
In the following text you will find all the information about how I process your data and all other information that you should receive according to GDPR.

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
If you are interested in my work or my products, you can subscribe to my newsletter. The data that is collected for this can be seen in the corresponding form. The newsletter will only be sent after consent. You can unsubscribe from this at any time. Either by sending me a direct message, or in the corresponding email using the corresponding button.
The main purpose of data processing is the fulfillment of the concluded contract. If you buy a product or service from me, I need the relevant data in order to be able to fulfill the contract concluded. The data required for this can be seen in the form or in the contract.
WHERE ELSE IS YOUR DATA PROCESSED?
In order to make my offer as good as possible for you, I have some help at my side. These are primarily online applications. Here is an overview of the tools I work with:
1. SOMBA.IO (GOHIGHLEVEL)
My websites, landing pages, course area, forms, newsletter and contact management run on Somba.io, a platform built on GoHighLevel. This means that everything you enter on my pages, for example your name and email address when you sign up for my newsletter, when you book one of my offers or when you log in to a course, is processed on the servers of this platform. The same applies to the emails I send you through it.
The underlying software GoHighLevel is provided by HighLevel Inc. in the USA, so your data may be processed outside the EU.
2. CLAUDE (ANTHROPIC)
I use Claude, an AI assistant by Anthropic, as a support in my daily work. Claude helps me to write and edit texts, to organise my business processes, to summarise and sort messages and documents, and to prepare emails, content and offers. This means that data you share with me, for example your name, your email address, the content of your messages or details about your booking, may be entered into Claude when it is needed for one of these tasks. I only share what is necessary for the task at hand.
Claude does not make decisions about you. Every text and every result is checked and approved by me before it reaches you, and all decisions about my clients and subscribers are made by me personally.
Where it supports my work, I connect Claude to selected tools I use, for example my email, calendar, cloud storage or my newsletter platform. In this case Claude can read and process the content of these tools according to my instructions.

Anthropic is a company headquartered in the USA, so your data may be transferred to and processed in the USA or other countries outside the EU. Anthropic secures these transfers with the instruments provided by GDPR, such as adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. I have switched off the use of my data for model training in my Claude account.

3. STRIPE
You can use Stripe to pay for my offers. Stripe processes your payment data, for example your name, email address, billing address and payment details, on my behalf in order to carry out the payment, to prevent fraud and to calculate and document taxes. I do not see or store your full card or bank details.

Stripe also works with partners in the USA and other countries, so your data may be processed outside the EU. Stripe secures this with the instruments provided by GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4. WHATSAPP BUSINESS
I use WhatsApp Business for uncomplicated and fast communication. You can reach me by writing short messages or voice messages via this service. If you expressly agree to this, you can also receive relevant news from me regarding data protection and information about my company. No other user will see or know your cell phone number at any time! This service does NOT run via a WhatsApp group.
If you no longer want to receive these messages, you can let me know at any time via WhatsApp, email or letter. Our communication via this tool will be stopped immediately!
The provider WhatsApp does NOT read the content of our messages. What I would like to point out, however, is that WhatsApp creates a user profile of each user and uses these insights to improve advertising on other platforms such as Instagram or Facebook. It should also be noted that WhatsApp belongs to Facebook.
Since WhatsApp's servers are occasionally located in a third country, the data may be processed outside the EU.

5. PAYPAL
You can use PayPal, among other things, to pay for my offer. I am not responsible for your data within PayPal. You have your own account there, over which I have no direct influence or access to details. So if you use PayPal to take advantage of my offer, please ensure that your data is handled securely.

6. ZOHO INVOICE
I use Zoho Invoice to create my invoices. So this is where all the invoices I issue end up. In order to make my accounting as simple as possible, I have automated part of it. But this runs entirely via Zoho and their servers.
This company is not located in the EU. Therefore it is a provider from a third country. An appropriate check regarding confidentiality etc. was of course carried out.

7. ZOOM
Video calls within my offers, as well as digital job interviews, sometimes take place via the provider ZOOM. When using it for our video calls, I would like to remind you that other users can also see your name. When you start the application, you will neither be seen nor heard. So you have to actively turn on your microphone and camera. Some of the meetings are recorded so that they can later be made available to others who were unable to attend live. Accordingly, it is up to you whether you want to have your camera and sound on and therefore be visible or not. A recording is always visible as such in ZOOM.
This company is not located in the EU. Therefore it is a provider from a third country. An appropriate check regarding confidentiality etc. was of course carried out.

8. META
8.1 FACEBOOK
On my Facebook page, I regularly inform you about my offers. If you visit my Facebook page, Facebook may set cookies on your device, whether or not you are logged in or registered with Facebook.
I have no influence on the collection and further processing of data by Facebook. I can also not rule out that Facebook stores more data than Facebook communicates to me about this in the context of statistics.

8.2 META PIXEL
I use the so-called "Meta Pixel" of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited on my website. This allows the behavior of visitors to be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This allows the effectiveness of Facebook ads to be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and future advertising measures to be optimized.

I use an Apple iPhone for business communication purposes.
14. MICROSOFT 365
I use Microsoft 365 for office applications, email, and file storage.
15. CANVA
I use Canva for graphic design purposes.
PRINCIPLE OF DATA ECONOMY
Of course, the principle of data economy applies to all applications that support me. Everyone only receives and processes the data they need.
DURATION OF DATA STORAGE
Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was collected no longer applies. If the data is not deleted because it is necessary for other and legally permissible purposes, its processing will be restricted, i.e. the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for instance, to data that must be retained due to commercial or tax regulations.
RIGHT OF PROVIDING INFORMATION
According to applicable law, you have the right to obtain information about your stored data, its origin, its recipients, and the purpose of its collection at any time free of charge. You also have the right to demand that this data be corrected, blocked, or deleted.
